What this policy covers
This policy covers our website (dmexanalytics.com) and our internal reporting tools that connect to Google services on behalf of our clients.
Information we collect
- Website visitors: basic technical data such as pages viewed, browser and device type, and approximate location, collected through standard analytics tools. If you contact us, we keep the details you send (name, email, message).
- Client reporting tools: with the client's authorisation, our tools read their Google Analytics and advertising data (read-only) to prepare performance reports. We do not modify or delete client data through these tools.
How we use information
To respond to enquiries, deliver reporting and analytics services to our clients, and improve our website and services.
Google user data
Our tools request read-only access to Google Analytics. Data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide reporting to the account owner. It is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI models. Credentials are stored securely on our own systems.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate (for example hosting) or when the law requires it.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and protect it with reasonable technical and organisational measures. Access tokens can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing dmex.work@gmail.com.
